Redundant Web Pype

This is a little web dev tool I made because a friend asked how to better organize their javascript assets.

Its quick and dirty and, hence the name, redundant. Theres plenty better tools out there, this one was hand tailored for their use case. Its main purpose was to introduce a friend into some simple ways to organize a big javascript project (this was before angular.js was very usable) without adding a lot of dependencies or changing their workflow
